When you complete your payment, you understand and agree to the following terms:

1. This agreement includes that you have access to Kerstin via email for four weeks after the consultation.

2. Installment plans: The first payment is due at the time of registration, and the remaining payments will occur automatically on the same day once a month for the plan's duration. When you enroll, you agree to pay all installments for the duration of your installment plan.

3. Ready2Heal has a no-refunds policy. That means your payment, including future payments on applicable payment plans, is non-refundable.

4. We ask that you honor the time, effort, and intellectual property of Kerstin and her team and realize that your purchase of the consultations does not give you permission to copy or reproduce the material provided in any shape or form.

5. The agreement signed includes a 48 hr cancellation policy for Consultations via Zoom or in person.

Analysis of Your Existing Space
- I will send you an introductory survey and questionnaire to better understand your goals and intentions, as well as, your existing space.
- We will meet at your home or office for a 90 minute meeting, or virtually if you live farther away.
- After the initial discovery, we will discuss your personalized Bagua overlay and the Feng Shui Action List.
Presentation of Feng Shui Solutions
- You will receive a full Bagua overlay
  customized specifically for you and your home or office (based on the floor plan you submitted in the analyzation phase).
- You will receive a Feng Shui Action List with the changes recommended for creating a balanced life to reach your goals and intentions.
Progress Follow up
- We will touch base for 20 minutes, one week after the solutions presentation via a phone call or virtually. We will discuss any progress you have made on the solutions or any questions you may have.
Continued Guidance
- You then have access to my guidance and assistance via email for four weeks after your progress follow up meeting to clarify any concerns or share your celebrations.
